After an exciting career in advertising, Kim moved into recruitment specialising in the world of branding and design.  She set up her own consultancy, Periscope, which became one of the leading creative recruiters.  After successfully selling the business Kim set up The Joinery – a consultancy that offers bespoke talent finding, business consultancy and performance coaching.   Her philosophy is simple – honesty, enthusiasm and passion for people and creativity mixed with a healthy dose of commercial reality and resilience.
